Project: CHRYSANTHEMUM is a SPARTAN-III bioaugmentation procedures, similar to those of the SPARTAN-II's.[1] With advances in technology, however, the survival rate for SPARAN-III candidates was usually 100%, as opposed to the 44% survival rate of the SPARTAn-IIs.[1]
Procedures
The Spartan-IIIs were injected with the following augmentation drugs:
8942-LQ99
8942-LQ99 is the serial number for a UNSC experimental drug used by the UNSC and is classified as a "carbide ceramic ossification catalyst" drug. The drug is used to make skeletons virtually unbreakable.[1]
88005-MX77
88005-MX77 was the serial number for a UNSC experimental drug synthesized and classified as a "fibroid muscular protein complex" drug. The drug is used to boost the individual's muscle density.[1]
88947-OP24
88947-OP24 was the serial number for a UNSC experimental drug synthesized and classified as a "retina-inversion stabilizer" drug. The drug enhances the color sharpness of sight and night vision capabilities.[1]
87556-UD61
87556-UD61 was the serial number of a UNSC experimental drug synthesized and used to improve the colloidal neural disunification solution, which in turn decreased reaction time of the subject.[1]
009127-PX
009127-PX was the serial number for cyclodexione-4, a UNSC bipolar integration drug synthesized and used to counter the affects of the 009761-OO mutagen.[1][2][note 1]
009762-OO
009762-OO was the serial number for a UNSC mutagen alters key regions in a subject's frontal lobe.[1][2][note 1] The mutagen enhances aggression response that allows the individual to be nearly immune to wide systematic shock and endurances and able to endure damage beyond a normal human, and suppress higher reason centers of the brain. 009127-PX and 009927-DG drugs, a bipolar integration drug and an anti-psychotic drug respectively, have to be regularly administrated to counter the mutagen.[2]
009927-DG
009927-DG was the serial number for miso-olanzapine, a UNSC anti-psychotic drug that was synthesized and used to counter the affects of the 009762-OO mutagen.[1][2][note 1]
