Sergeant (UNSC)

Template:Rank Infobox Sergeant is the fifth enlisted rank of the UNSC Marine Corps and the UNSC Army, and is a non-commissioned officer. It is equal to the rank of Petty Officer Second Class in the UNSC Navy. Sergeants, at least in the former United States Army, were typically assigned command of fireteams while Staff Sergeants usually led squads. In the Marine Corps, they usually led squads.
While Sergeant is a rank of its own, the title "Sergeant" is often used to refer to any of the enlisted ranks of the UNSC Marine Corps which carry the title Sergeant:
