Colonial Military Authority

The Colonial Military Administration, believed to also be called Central Command, is abbreviated as CENTCOM and is the organization that commands all military forces of the UNSC. It is apparently above HIGHCOM, and is the organization who ordered Project: ORION, as well as ordering the creation of the Spartans.

NOTE: The Colonial Military Administration has only been mentioned once and its functions are unclear. It is possibly the UNSC's Department of Defense. It is likely under the auspices of the Colonial Administration Authority.
