Before You Vote

  • Only votes from users who have accounts on Halopedia and whose vote are cast while being logged in will count. The account must have been created at least one month before the vote and have at least 50 article edits.
  • For example, if one is voting for HOTM for the month of October then the user must have created their account in July or before July.
  • Votes will be counted for next month. Please vote on the section for next month, because only the votes in that section will be counted.
  • You can vote one time only. If you wish to change your vote, cross out (but do not remove) any previous votes you have made.
  • Please bold your nomination so it is easier to see.
  • In the event of a tie the results from the edit count page will be used as a tie breaker.
  • You must put your vote with your signature in the voting area. In the end votes with signatures are the only ones that will be counted.

Votes

  • JEA13 - Ok, I know it looks a bit odd and/or weird having him nominated again, but: We were almost tied in the last HOTM, and I was the one who won by one vote. However, I feel as if JEA also deserved it as much as me, and its not just because of that. This user has contributions that have good value to the site, and I know many users on here that will agree with me. He is a nice guy to talk to, friendly, and I'm sure that others also would say the same. I have nothing else to say, except that I hope he will get it this time, so to speak, for this month and the past months. Ascy 'Vamal Light your way with honour! 10:58, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
  • Sith Venator - The wavingstrider, out of being a great friend of mine, has managed to jump into the veterans of halopedia in an extremely small time. He recently got Rollback rights and the quality of his edits has been increased... dramatically :) plus he is an awesome guy to get to know. - JEA13 [iTalk] 14:36, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
  • Forerunner - One of the oldest users here at Halopedia who was nominated for the HotM a long time ago.. Despite some past problems, I think he now really deserves to be reckoned as a veteran user in high-relief. User:Spirit of Fire/Sig 16:58, 3 July 2009 (UTC)
  • Forerunner - Forerunner maybe be annoying at times, but WE all love him in a Halopedian way, but I enjoy (sometimes) his wealth of knowledge of Halo. User:SoH/Sig
  • JEA13 - As per Nicmavr. Never had a problem with him, makes fantastic edits, good News articles, a good all-around user. User:CommanderTony/Sig
  • JEA13 Same reason as last time. Lieutenant Mcloganator 15:06, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
  • Sith Venator Has good contributions, and is a pretty friendly guy.Snore 23:48, 12 July 2009 (UTC)
  • JEA13 - Really hard decision, as all the users nominated are invaluable. However, I believe that JEA13 deserves it the most. No harsh feelings to Sith and Forerunner. —This unsigned comment was made by General5 7 (talkcontribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~

Forerunner is definately the person who deserves this most; I'm not saying the others don't, but just check his contributions. File:Commander Silver Leaf.PNG Kougermasters (Talk) (Contribs) (Edits) 08:11, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

I agree with you, SoH and Sith Venator on this: especially with SoH. Frunner may be annoying (though that is not common) but he makes up for it with his matureness, dedication to the site, helpfulness and incredible knowledge of Halo. Unfortunalety, all this makes me believe that his current number of votes do not show his worth. - JEA13 [iTalk] 16:55, 4 July 2009 (UTC)

I'm gunna have to think about this vote :P these users are good.... User:Sub-71/Sig 21:59, 5 July 2009 (UTC)

Hmmm... on the previous HotMs, the usual veteran users around here voted during the 3-4 first days. We had about 15 votes and we hoped to see new users on the next few days. Now, with almost a week in July having passed and ONLY 9 USERS having voted, and the 2/3 are veterans, what des this mean? Is the community "bored" of HotM or even the site? - JEA13 [iTalk] 14:32, 6 July 2009 (UTC)

I think they're just forgetting about HOTM votes. Probably because its not exactly highlighted, is it? Ascy 'Vamal Light your way with honour! 15:28, 6 July 2009 (UTC)
Or... they're enjoying the summer and partying out with their friends... :P - 5əb'7aŋk(7alk) 15:50, 6 July 2009 (UTC)
Yeah. Or that. :P - Ascy 'Vamal Light your way with honour! 17:10, 6 July 2009 (UTC)

No, she's just saying there's a low number of votes because people are out enjoying summertime.. User:Spirit of Fire/Sig 22:05, 16 July 2009 (UTC)
