Lance O'Donnell

Template:FOF-1 Lance O'Donnell is a famous socialite who lived in a skyscraper on Earth, the top floor of which is currently used as a public park. The park is the setting of Ivory Tower.[1]
His name is a reference to Martin O'Donnell, the Audio Director at Bungie, whose sound studio is called "Ivory Towers."
