UNSC Research facility. In 2525, Dr. Catherine Halsey had a number of expirements done on the Hopeful, much to the displeasure of her former teacher and Chief Medical Officer of the station, Admiral Ysionris Jeromi. Those experiments were later done on the Spartan Soldiers.
