Joseph Staten

Template:RealworldTemplate:Bstaff Joe Staten aka deckard is the writer and Director of Cinematics for both Halo 1 and Halo 2. He also does voices for many of the Grunts[1], and is keenly involved with the mission design/story team of Bungie.
Currently he is the main person involved with the writing of the Halo 3 script. He is also working on the Halo Movie, working closely with Peter Jackson to ensure that all of the planned Halo productions go well.
On May 10, 2007, it was revealed that he is writing a new Halo novel, tentatively titled Halo: Contact Harvest. [2]
