Khutors

Khutors is a major city on the Outer Colony of Talitsa, loosely under the control of the Unified Earth Government. In 2493, 2516, and 2520, several major uprisings occurred in Khutors and other major population centers of Talitsa, including Bedinka, Irbit, and Yushala.[1]

A khutor is the term given to a small rural locality in some countries in Eastern Europe.
