The Sixteenth Unggoy Disobedience was the sixteenth conflict which saw Unggoy attempt to secede from the Covenant through violence. The Disobedience was put down by Ripa 'Moramee, a Sangheili warlord thrall of the Covenant's Ministry of Preservation who led a Sangheili and Mgalekgolo strike force which put an end to the Unggoy dissenters in a matter of days. 'Moramee's success in quelling this rebellion began his meteoric rise within the ranks of the Covenant and would later influence the Hierarchs' decision to grant him the rank of Arbiter.
