Gudam Keschun is an Unggoy adolescent living in Paxopolis on the shield world Onyx in the post-war era.
Biography[edit]
Gudam and her family moved on the Forerunner Dyson sphere Sarcophagus, more commonly known as Onyx, at some point following the establishment of the Onyx United Research Project. In 2558, she was attending the inter-species Pax Institute, where at one time she met human teenagers Molly Patel and Kareem El-Hashem during recess when the humans were residing under a tree. Gudam was not wearing her gas mask or tank as she wanted to breath the oxygen. When they spotted a bully, Karl, and his cronies picking on a fellow Sangheili student named Bakar, Gudam went to stand up for him. Molly initially had no wish to get involved in what she saw as a Sangheili problem due to her nasty past but she chose to join Gudam as she was concerned for the Unggoy's safety.[citation needed]
Personality[edit]
Gudam is an adventurous Unggoy who likes to explore the unknown, which casts her out from her Unggoy peers. She is very brave and crafty, which has been shown on multiple occasions. For example, when she stood up for Bakar and came with Molly and Kareem to save Bakar from the Servants of the Abiding Truth.[citation needed]
