Lieutenant Kwon is a commissioned officer within the ranks of the United Nations Space Command. She operated in an advisory role during several tactical simulations for an unidentified Spartan-IV supersoldier at some point after December 2557.[1]

She may be of Korean descent, as Kwon is a Korean last name meaning "power" or "authority".
