Ristyx is a Jiralhanae Warlord serving the Banished. He was one of many deployed to Installation 00 in 2559, whereupon he took part in the Second Ark Conflict. Ristyx was the Warlord tasked with salvaging the remains of a Covenant ship downed during the final battle of the Human-Covenant War, located on a strategic island on the Installation's surface. However, the Banished had already been beaten to this prize by the forces of the UNSC Spirit of Fire, who had made camp in their newly-established outpost Fort Jordan. Ristyx attacked the base by first destroying its long-range comms, before leading a force of Banished to slowly hunt down the survivors of the attack. Ristyx was too proud to call upon Atriox for additional reinforcements, therefore allowing his troops to be whittled down by UNSC survivors in a long and brutal campaign of attrition. Ristyx's fate is unknown.[1]
