Contradictions
According to EXTUSR, this report contradicts several Covenant artillery and orbital impacts at CASTLE Base, with other reports around the same time not lining up with the events stated in it.[1]

Chief of Staff of Spartan Operations Jun-A266 recommended EXTUSR to read this and several other reports after they asked him how he survived Reach in 2552,[2] to which EXTUSR took their advice on and questioned many details on it.[1]

- This report is used as a direct reference to the fan comic Halo: A Fistful of Arrows, with the events depicted in the report being pulled directly from the comic. The "LV" part of the document likely also stands for the artist and author Levi "Leviathan" Hoffmeier.
- The 466F41 part of the document name is the same as the color hex of a shade of green that is close to what Jun-A266 used on his armor in Halo: Reach.
