Ssne 'Mowusee was a Sangheili Master Shipwright of the Covenant. Along with Master Shipwright Nkmo 'Ehtaree, 'Mowusee was one of the naval architects of the Ket-pattern battlecruiser Truth and Reconciliation, built during the Ninth Age of Reclamation circa 2531, manufactured by the Muse of Yevon at Aanrar Shipyard.[1]
