An unidentified inspector is a Banished human with significant respect in the faction's hierarchy and tasked with overseeing prisoners at the Redoubt of Sundering during the Battle for Zeta Halo.[1]
Biography
Battle for Zeta Halo
The inspector served the Banished in the Battle for Zeta Halo as they took control of the ring. During his station at the Redoubt of Sundering, he encountered UNSC medic Lucas Browning as one of his prisoners and examined him. Infuriated at the sight of a human collaborating with the Banished, Browning privately vowed to kill the inspector if he ever got free.[1]
