UNSC Special Topics Committee

The UNSC Special Topics Committee was an intelligence committee that was active at the close of the Human-Covenant War. Following the invasion of Epsilon Eridani in 2552, the UEG Strategic Forecasting and Scenario Planning Group produced an intelligence report incorporating the recent losses. The UNSC Special Topics Committee attached additional classified appendices and opinions to the report which were redacted.[1]
