UN Repatriation Office

The UN Repatriation Office is a department responsible for repatriating losses in war. The office would usually send humanitarian information to a person's next of kin in its neutral capacity. Serin Osman wondered how the Office would maintain neutrality when the losses involved the UNSC and human rebels.[1]
