New Mombasa Sector 10

Sector 10 was a compartmentalized section of the city of New Mombasa, Kenya on Earth. It was located on the southeast end of the Mombasa island, and was accessible from sectors 4 and 6. It was the location of the ONI Alpha Site, as well as a New Mombasa Transit Authority (NMTA) train station.[1]
History[edit]
On October 20, 2552, during the Battle of Mombasa, Sector 10 served as a rally point for the UNSC forces in the city after the Prophet of Regret's CAS-class assault carrier Solemn Penance escaped the city. Orbital Drop Shock Troopers (ODST) of Alpha-Nine rendezvoused in Sector 10, fighting off waves of Covenant before retreating into Alpha Site.[1]
Trivia[edit]
In the hub level of Halo 3: ODST, the beacon object for the flashback level ONI Alpha Site can be found in this sector. It is also the location of the Firefight map Rally Point.
