105th Drop Jet Platoon

The 105th Drop Jet Platoon was a UNSC Marine Corps platoon.[1]
Operational History
It saw action against Covenant ground forces at the Battle of Jericho VII in 2535 where it was overrun and destroyed by a force of some 1000 Grunts.
The unit was later avenged when the offending Grunts were eliminated by SPARTAN-IIs[2] that were on Blue Team. This encounter was shown in the prolouge of Halo: The Fall of Reach.
Other
- The 105th Platoon should not be confused with the 105th Orbital Drop Shock Trooper Division, although both may have served similar roles.
