Merge with Energy Projector

It is exactly the same as the Energy Projector becase it comes from orbit to glass a portion or the whole planet (not necessarily to glass the planet ingame but it's efects on the surface are just like what the Energy Projector does) and if it comes from orbit then it has to come from an Energy Projector.

• Oppose Sorry, but I believe the "cleansing beam" is a type of glassing, not just glassing as a whole. And besides, why would we merge it with "Energy Projector?" The cleansing beam is not the projector, but the projectile. It wouldn't make sense to merge it with that... But maybe with "glassing."
