Nicolas Strauss

Major General Nicolas Strauss was a high ranking UNSC Marine officer in 2552. He was part of the UNSC Security Committee based in Sydney, Australia on Earth. He was apparently intimidated by Colonel James Ackerson for some reason, which is not yet known, though it is possible that Strauss knows of the Spartan IIIs.[1]
