Spartan Training and Education

Spartan Training and Education is a department of Spartan Operations. The department is responsible for the training and education of the Spartan-IVs inducted into the branch. After each Spartan trainee graduates from their training, the department sends out a letter of congratulations, alongside the branch's Chief of Staff.[1]
