Chips Dubbo
From Halopedia, the Halo wiki
Template:FOF-1 Template:Human Character Infobox Private First Class Chips Dubbo[1] (voiced by Andrew McKaige) is an Australian Marine in Halo: Combat Evolved. His distinctive dialect, unmistakable smart remarks and laid-back attitude make him instantly recognizable. A similar Marine, voiced by the same actor, is present in Halo 2 and Halo 3. Chips Dubbo was a UNSC Marine stationed on the Pillar of Autumn. He escaped the destruction of the Pillar of Autumn and met the Master Chief on Halo and later on he went with Keyes, took two fire teams and went to find the "weapons cache" that 'Qualomee had told them about. The cache later turns out to be the Flood containment facility and he and his team, along with the remains of Lovik's team, escape the facility and then met up with the Master Chief again. Chips and the survivors of his team were picked up by Echo 419.
After that, he mysteriously made it out allive along with Pete Stacker. Afterwards he was deployed in Old Mombasa at Hotel Zanzibar. Later he managed to get on In Amber Clad to survive the cities destruction. Afterwards he assisted John-117 killing Regret. His fate is unknown after that, however if the temple was destroyed, technically Stacker would be dead as well. It was proable that he waited on the Gondola along with Pete Stacker and the brown-haired Marine. So if he is alive he typically does what Stacker does. Go to the Ark and survive, etc.
