Ursa IV

The site of the Guardian's activation on Ursa IV

Ursa IV is a human colony world of the Unified Earth Government. In October 2558, a Forerunner Guardian construct was activated by the Created over a city on Ursa IV, before the construct departed to the world of Genesis. The Guardian's activation resulted in large-scale destruction and numerous causalities on the world.[1] The attack site was eventually secured by the United Nations Space Command.[2]
