Okay I'm 99.99% sure his full name isn't Governor Sloan. Governor, like Baron, is most likely just a title.Sith Venator

Support - I believe Waypoint clarifies that Governor is his elected title, and the fact that the colony elected an AI as their leader is interesting. But it's clearly not his name.
