Travis Willingham is an American actor and voice actor best known for his anime and video game voice overs. He portrays Jul 'Mdama and Paul DeMarco in Halo 4. Willingham also portrayed Fred-104 in the terminals of Halo 2: Anniversary and reprised the role in Halo 5: Guardians.[1] He also portrayed Charles Kesler in Hunt the Truth. Willingham also provided additional voicework for Halo Wars. Willingham is the husband of fellow voice actor Laura Bailey.
