Vitalyevna

Vitalyevna is a gas giant and the third planet in orbit in the Sverdlovsk system. Vitalyevna is orbited by twenty-seven natural satellites, including the Unified Earth Government Outer Colony of Talitsa. Throughout Talitsa's history, the moon hosted numerous rebellions against the UEG and Talitsa's government. Following the Human-Covenant War, Talitsa was under the control of the United Rebel Front, with the exception of its capital city.[1]
