Tup 'Quk
From Halopedia, the Halo wiki
Tup 'Quk was a Sangheili priest for the Ussans of the Refuge.[1]
Biography
In November 2552, Tup 'Quk accompanied Kaidon Bal'Tol 'Xellus, C'tenz, Tirk 'Surb, and six escorting protectors to Section Five's Hall of the Godminds to quell the rebellion that was being initiated by 'Kinsa, a Blood Sick Sangheili.[1] Tup 'Quk was brought along to determine how heretical the rebels were. When the group encountered 'Kinsa and his followers, 'Quk warned them to return to their homes and pray for forgiveness. A stand-off ensured as 'Kinsa refused to be apprehended by the patrollers. Suddenly, the group was ambushed by fifteen of 'Kinsa's followers armed with mec-missilers. As a firefight broke out, Tup 'Quk attempted to shout, but he was shot in the head with a mec-missile and instantly killed.[2]
Personality and traits
Tup 'Quk was a very pious individual and was devoted to the Ussan religion. He considered 'Kinsa and his Blood Sick followers to be "defilers"; 'Quk was angered that they had tarnished the Hall of the Godminds.[2] At the time of his death, Tup 'Quk was very old and had odd hairs sprouting from his skin. He wore ceremonial jewellery attached to his pierced mandibles, and a robe that was sewn from the skin of a glebos, shiny cloth, and holy objects.[1]
