Joel Thomas

Joel Thomas was a SPARTAN-IV supersoldier.
Biography
Thomas was a sergeant before becoming a SPARTAN-IV. During a training exercise he and Spartan Yeong-hao Holst were disabled by stun rounds. He agreed with Spartan Vladimir Scruggs that they would be able to beat twice as many soldiers with their armor. Commander Musa-096 said they would get the armor when they deserved it. When Jun introduced the SPARTAN-IVs to Musa, Joel recognized that he was a former SPARTAN-II[1]

Thomas wears the Recruit variant of the MJOLNIR GEN2 armor
