Didact may refer to the following:

• The Ur-Didact: A Forerunner Promethean who opposed the construction of the Halos, was twice exiled in a Cryptum, awoke in 2557, and attempted to wipe out humanity with the Composer. Appears in The Forerunner Saga and Halo 4.
• The IsoDidact: A Forerunner Builder originally named Bornstellar Makes Eternal Lasting, who was later transformed into a clone of the Ur-Didact and fired the Halos as the last act of the Flood-Forerunner War. Appears in The Forerunner Saga and terminals of Halo 3.
