Kotka is an industrial township located on the Human colony of New Carthage. Kotka is home to a Hannibal Weapon Systems facility which developed multiple variants of MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor.[1][2]

Trivia

Kotka is likely named after city of Kotka, Finland.
