Template:New Content Kotka is an industrial township located on the Human colony of New Carthage. Kotka is home to a Hannibal Weapon Systems facility which developed the MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Vanguard, MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Aviator, MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Oceanic, MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Recruit, and MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Rogue variants.[1][2]
