Brigade

A Brigade is UNSC organizational unit, consisting of around 5,000 soldiers and typically commanded by a Brigadier General or a Colonel. In the 20th and 21st Century military on Earth, a brigade was commonly composed of three to six battalions and was subordinate to a division. Some militaries on Earth at that time used the terms "brigade," and "regiment," synonymously.
