Wheatley University is a human educational institution located in the city of Sydney, Australia[1], during the post-Human-Covenant War period.[2]

Evan Phillips was an anthropology professor and Sangheili expert at this university before he was recruited by ONI.

Trivia

  • The university seems to share the same name as "Wheatley", an artificial intelligence and also a main character in "Portal 2"
