  • 16:5316:53, December 19, 2023 diff hist −315 Doisac→‎Created uprising: removed "as Jiralhanae infighting continued" under Created uprising. Text previous cited a passage of Warial in the 2022 Encyclopedia, however, the Encyclopedia was providing a broad history of Warial, and the Encyclopedia doesn't directly mentioned that Jiralhanae infighting was happening during Cortana's occupation or the Banished's resistance of it. This text is much more applicable to the Warial article and Banished rise to power, rather than this section. Tag: Mobile edit
  • 16:4916:49, December 19, 2023 diff hist −317 Doisac→‎Post-war: several revisions to the post-war section for Jiralhanae history. Re-ordered some paragraphs, removed mentioned of the Children of Oth Sonin being a "government" (never been directly referred to as such), a bit more clarification around the Voice or Maardoth, stuff on Banished's history. A lot of the stuff towards the end of many not joining the Banished does cpme off as extraneous admittedly. Removed "working along the Sangheili is frown upon"- not in direct reference to Banished Tag: Mobile edit

  • 16:2016:20, December 17, 2023 diff hist −19 TeashSeveral edits, including removing the Children of Oth Sonin frpm Teash's government as the Encyclopedia doesn't directly state this (Lydus set up shop on Teash and his goals were described to instill order on Doisac, which he failed). Reworded passage on Sangheili refugees to line up more with the Encyclopedia's wording. Tag: Mobile edit
  • 07:0407:04, December 17, 2023 diff hist −86 Atriox→‎Awakening the Nightmare: removed the extraneous detail of Atriox apparently not fighting the Flood himself. The game highlights that Atriox was on his way to Pavium and Voridus, not to mention he's a commander, not a foot soldier. I wouldn't be expecting Lord Hood to be battling the Flood at Voi. • 02:5502:55, December 17, 2023 diff hist −11 Sanghelios→‎Created uprising: a misreading of Outcasts where the High Kaidons were described as putting their own interests over the need to stand together against outside threats, per the very line you quoted. I've rewritten the article tk Tag: Mobile edit
  • 02:3202:32, December 17, 2023 diff hist −126 High GatheringThat is a misread of the text, as the text explicitly described the High Kaidons being too focused on themselves and doesn't described their own views on the management of other threats. 'Vadam is concerned of other threats to the Sangheili while the High Kaidons are focused on themselves. Individual words cannot be taken in isolation, but taken with the broader passage in mind. This subject has also been put forward to the rest of the Halopedia team for their input to this article. Tag: Mobile edit

  • 22:4822:48, December 16, 2023 diff hist −81 High Gathering→‎History: Similar to the edit on the Sanghelios page, removal of the High Kaidon's supposed "satisfactotion" to Cortana pacifying the Jiralhanae. This is never been stated in Outcasts and is a blatant misreading of the text Tag: Mobile edit
  • 22:4022:40, December 16, 2023 diff hist −63 Sanghelios→‎Created uprising: removed mention of the High Kaidons being content with Cortana's peace to supposedly protect them from the Jiralhanae threat. This is a misreading of the passage in Outcasts where it states that the Sangheili are choosing to keep their heads down, and how the Arbiter brings up the Jiralhanae as well as the Kig-Yar and others as a potential threat that Cortana may not be able to protect the Sangheili from. • 19:1819:18, December 16, 2023 diff hist 0 Razing of Oth SoninChanged the order of the main table to put the Babished ahead of the Children of Oth Sonin under Jiralhanae factions and Warmaster Atriox as ahead of Lydus. The Encyclopedia had written the Razing of Oth Sonin with the Banished as the most promient faction in the fighting and described them as having united the Jiralhanae clans to resist the Created. The Children of Oth Sonin had a handful of paragraphs compared to the double page spread the Banished had and additional paragraphs. Tag: Mobile edit

  • 18:4318:43, December 16, 2023 diff hist −8 Teash→‎History: for previous edit (accidently submitted for finally edit comment) the government entry to show the Banished aren't subserviant to the Children of Oth Sonin, and editted the history section. The deal between the Banished and CoOS was never mentioned in reference to Teash, nor has it been mentioned when this deal was made or if it pccurred before or after Teash's stabilisation. Article updated to be more factual with minimal inferences or misrepresentations. Tag: Mobile edit

  • 18:1618:16, December 16, 2023 diff hist +28 Lydus→‎Doisac's fate: rewriting the description of Lydus' deal with the Banished to line up with the wording of the Encyclopedia. The wording of the Encyclopedia never states that Lydus contracted out the Banished as a mercenary force and paid them for their services, but struck a deal that mutually benefitted the two parties. Originally wording implied a relationship dynamic never implied in the Encyclopedia (the Encyclopedia's wording was more "neutral"). current Tag: Mobile edit

Removed mention of "exceptional" to describe the Children of Oth Sonin. Tag: Mobile edit

  • 06:5406:54, October 30, 2016 diff hist +292 JiralhanaeA bit of an edit to culture in order to adjust some things on the "zealous" nature of the Jiralhanae, which only applied to a number found Jiralhanae, not all of them, which is important to note in light of the Banished.
  • 06:3906:39, October 30, 2016 diff hist +305 JiralhanaeMore context on the Jiralhanae/Sangheili treatment, where the Sangheili have apparently been mistreating the Jiralhanae during the Covenant's reign, just as they did with virtually every other species within the Covenant.
