Yabda the Merciless is an Unggoy Storm who fought on behalf of Jul 'Mdama's Covenant but defected before its final defeat in October 2558. Following this, Yabda began to work with the UNSC, and was even permitted to come aboard the UNSC Infinity and assist with providing commentary to Spartans in War Games simulations.[2]
