Silma was a city on Sigma Octanus IV.[1]

Battle of Sigma Octanus IVEdit
The city was destroyed during the Battle of Sigma Octanus IV in July 2552; it was either glassed by the Covenant or destroyed by the UNSC to deny anything of interest to the former. Vice Admiral Michael Stanforth noted the city alongside Caracas, Huiren, Côte d'Azur, and Enfield in a report to Admiral Margaret Parangosky on July 18, 2552 in regards to the battle.[1]
