User image source

I'd like to semi-propose that if a File is uploaded purely to be a personal image. We start using "User" at the start of the file name.

For example this image name is a good example "File:User - Spartacus_Thank_you.jpg"-CIA391 (talk) 05:44, 17 August 2017 (EDT)

I don't think that's necessary. We had done something similar in the past which resulted in a petty user-battle over who owns which image. As long as the filename is appropriate, that's all that matters. — subtank 12:37, 18 August 2017 (EDT)

Its more for pointing out that said image is made specifically for Userpages. And doesnt imply ownership at all.-CIA391 (talk) 15:55, 18 August 2017 (EDT)

Which is understood as per my previous comment above. Additionally, it would require quite some effort to enforce this requirement if this is made a policy.— subtank 10:42, 19 August 2017 (EDT)
