Canon
This article and UNSC DAEDALUS were both mentioned in a promotional video for Forza Motorsport. This seems similar to how Dead or Alive 4 used Nicole-458 as a character and she was later named as canon. I guesss we'll wait and see.--ハローファン (H1234-NET) 10:22, 28 August 2011 (EDT)
- The difference is that the Dead or Alive 4 character and settings were explicitly called non-canon by then-Bungie employee Frank O'Connor, because it conflicts with several established facts. It was a tongue-in-cheek cameo, not intended to be canon. The narration of the Forza video, on the other hand, contradicts nothing - if anything, it just means the tracks and vehicles in it are Halo canon, and since they're all based on existing cars and places, I don't see any discrepancies arising from that. -- Specops306 Autocrat Qur'a 'Morhek 02:01, 29 August 2011 (EDT)
