The UNSC Buenos Aires was a UNSC ship sent after the Insurrectionist-captured ship, UNSC Callisto. It was destroyed and all crew members presumed lost when a stolen UNSC nuclear warhead was detonated by the captured UNSC Callisto. It was in the same fleet as the UNSC Jericho and the UNSC Las vegas.
