Template:Ratings The Monitor's Garland is a deleted element from the narrative of Halo 2. In an early version of the script, the Monitor's Garland was to make an appearance in a scene involving Bracktanus, Tartarus, and the Arbiter, in which the Arbiter catches the garland.[1] The nature of the garland is unknown.
