You sure it's a Sentinel Variant?
I mean come on, it doesnt even look like a Sentinel at all. to me it looks more like a aircraft made for travel for the Forerunner's to get from City-to-City. so maybe it's just transporting them to fight the Flood? --Yugiohtipman34 07:29, January 11, 2010 (UTC)
I recall mention of a Forerunner Tank cut from Halo 2. Given the sheer size of the machine, and the fact that all the other Sentinel forms match known variants, I'd say that this is an adaptation of the cut content finally seeing the light of day. As for whether it's a Sentinel or not - the Enforcer is extremely large, and is significantly different to the normal Sentinel variants we're used to, but it's still a Sentinel "variant" - its an automated war machine created by the Forerunners. That seems to be the only definition for Sentinels. -- Administrator Specops306 - Qur'a 'Morhek 08:18, January 11, 2010 (UTC)
- EXACTLY what I was thinking when I saw this vehicle/Sentinel in Origins Part I. Seeing how the film introduced old Flood concepts into canon (i.e. the four-legged "carrier"), I wouldn't be surprised if this is indeed the Forerunner Tank. User:CommanderTony/Sig
In the Art of Halo 3 book, that model is paired with the strato-sentinel. So this is the other concept of a single unit. One that they have of course seemed to give a life of its own. ProphetofTruth 16:22, January 11, 2010 (UTC)
its for sure a sentinal variant of a strato cause it has the features of a sentinal and of course its made by the foreunner. But we need a more accurate picture to tell for sure...
now that i study it, it does look somewhat like the enforcer, so it mabey a variant of the enforcer than the strato or mabey like one of you said it might be a transport cause it does look like theirs somekind of sentinal coming out of it...
