Great Journey is an Operation in Halo Infinite. Set to begin on November 5, 2024, the Operation focuses on Halo 2's 20th anniversary, with Halo 2-themed cosmetics for the Mark VII armor core. The Operation will also see the introduction of the MA5K Avenger, a new weapon filling the SMG role within Halo Infinite's sandbox.
A new Halo Waypoint Chronicle, Halo: Age of Retribution, will also be released to coincide with the operation and its focus on Halo 2.
