The Silent Auditorium is the facility in which the Forerunners had enacted judgement upon the Xalanyn. The Xalanyn could not defend themselves and were not given a fair trial. Under orders of the Forerunners, after Offensive Bias has captured them and brought them to Installation 07, Despondent Pyre was instructed to experiment on the Xalanyn to learn the extent of what their kind could endure.
Centuries later, the Harbinger, thanks to the Reformation, was able to access the Silent Auditorium and use a sentient signal to send a strange device to Atriox, allowing him to free the Xalanyn imprisoned nearby.
Production notes
The Silent Auditorium was first mentioned by Escharum in the Halo Infinite Campaign Gameplay Premiere.[2]
