UNSC Resolute was a destroyer in service with the UNSC Navy during the Human-Covenant War, commanded by Captain de Blanc.[1]

Service History

Battle of Jericho VII

In February 2535, the UNSC Resolute was among the vessels fighting in the Lambda Serpentis system during the Battle of Jericho VII. On February 12, under the command of Captain de Blank, Spartan-IIs on the planet after their groundside victory were recalled to the Resolute after the Covenant proved to be victorious in the space battle, and the Covenant fleet began to glass. Resolute, along with other vessels, were forced to retreat, though the destroyer briefly remained behind to watch Jericho VII's glassing at John-117's request.[1]

Resolute is an adjective in the English dictionary. It means to be admirably purposeful, determined, and unwavering.

This ship is the only ship to have carried John-117 and not be destroyed.
