Light Plasma MortarEdit

There is little or no evidence about the plasma mortar, and its name is still unknown. It is best to simply leave the info on the Revenant page until further info is released.   General5 7    talk    contribs    email

Multiple editsEdit

This is your first warning for making multiple edits in an article. Please take this moment to read our rules and policies on editing.- 5əb'7aŋk(7alk) 16:39, August 16, 2010 (UTC)

How to make a referenceEdit

In order to make a reference the right way follow these steps:

  1. Go into source mode.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and make sure there is a "</references>" tag under the "==Source==" heading at or near the bottom of the page. if not, add both.
  3. Put a reference tag right after the text in which the source applies to. You make a reference tag with this format (Still in source mode). Put "< ref>Link Text</ref >"
  4. Preview it to make sure you've done everything right. There should be a link right after where you put your text that has a "[1]", "[2]" and so on. At the bottom of the page, there should be whatever you put as your source text under the number that appeared in the link. (EX: 1. Bungie Weekly Update 8.22.10)

That should take care of your lesson for today. LOL. Happy editing, and sorry for being so school-ish but you need to know this. (Note: I put two spaces in the Ref tags in order to not turn your page into a reference sheet. Don't put a space in the real template) Que Sera, Sera 04:58, August 26, 2010 (UTC)

LinkingEdit

Y'know, in a Wiki, you don't need to link the whole URL of the page. You just put the title of the page to the link, for example, Halo. Having the entire URL there is completely unnecessary and makes the pages look messy. Also, an article should only contain one link to a particular page. For example, "Halo: Reach" should only be linked once in another article. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 07:44, August 26, 2010 (UTC)

Help:SignaturesEdit

A simple signature would be [[user:The Unbalanced Warrior|The Unbalanced Warrior]]. To allow the system to generate this signature automatically, simply go to Special:Preferences and add it in. You can add in a custom signature if you wish, but it is recommended that you only use simple nicknames. For more information, see Help:Signatures. - 5əb'7aŋk(7alk) 20:15, August 27, 2010 (UTC)
