Orna 'Fulsamee was a Covenant Elite that held the rank of Zealot Ship Master. 'Fulsamee had a genuine hatred of humans, especially towards their cavalier naming of Covenant vessels, species, etc. which he found disrespectful. To 'Fulsamee, names were very important and humans were not "worthy" enough to be naming things.[1]

It seems that 'Fulsamee also harbored a secret disdain for the Prophets, at one point commenting that his Prophet supervisor reminds him of the rodents he hunted in his childhood.[2] Furthermore, 'Fulsamee appeared to be subtly unhappy with the war against the humans, as he felt that his race should "aspire to more" than overzealous fanatic warfare.[3]

As of the 9th Age of Reclamation (or 2552 UNSC time), 'Fulsamee was a Zealot Elite and the Ship Master of the Covenant warship Truth and Reconciliation of the Fleet of Particular Justice. Fulsamee's ship ferried a Lesser Prophet to Installation 04 and 'Fulsamee found his assistant, Minor Bako 'Ikaporamee, to be very annoying, as Bako acted as if he were higher than 'Fulsamee by using "we" (referring to the Prophet's decision) rather than "them". He wanted to destroy the Pillar of Autumn but the Prophet forbade it, saying that a stray Plasma bolt could hit the ring. Instead, 'Fulsamee was told to send Boarding Craft to attack the human ship. Cortana severely damaged Truth and Reconciliation during the Autumn's last stand in orbit of Halo. He was later killed by the Master Chief during the raid to rescue Captain Jacob Keyes, in the ship's control room.

Trivia

  • It was once rumored that Orna 'Fulsamee was the one who would eventually become the concurrent Arbiter, but was disproved and negated as Orna 'Fulsamee was a Ship Master in 2552 and not a Supreme Commander. Thel also seems to respect the Prophets and Humans more than 'Fulsamee. Finally, the Arbiter was believed to be the Ship Master of the Seeker of Truth, not 'Fulsamee, who was the Ship Master of the Truth and Reconciliation.
  • Orna 'Fulsamee can be seen working the Ship's controls if you manage to sneak into the Control Room without being spotted.
  • It is said in HALO: The flood, that 'Fulsamee commands a destroyer when he really commands a Battle cruiser.
