Oleg Beloi was Vasily Beloi's father.[1]
Biography
When Vaz was four, Oleg left Earth for a few weeks to work on a construction project on Lostwithiel. However the Covenant attacked the colony while he was there, and Vaz never saw him again. In 2553, Vaz wondered what it would be like to see him again. [2]
