He is also the Chieftain torturing Sergeant Johnson on The Covenant and you must also fight him in the end the Citadel before entering the Cutscene.[1].

Lepidus was also the name of a Roman politician and general who, along with Octavian (later the Emperor Augustus) and Marcus Antonious (Marc Antony) formed the Second Triumvirate, which governed the Roman Republic from 43-33 b.c.e.
