Halo-like superweapon

Not sure where else to put this, so I will do it here. Anyone have a better name than the "Halo-like superweapon" I've been using to describe it? Basically my only issue with the novella is the lack of explanation on the installation. --NightHammer(talk)(contribs) 16:40, 9 December 2015 (EST)

I'be been thinking of it as "Prototype Halo Array".Sith Venator Mega Blastoise.gif (Dank Memes) 16:43, 9 December 2015 (EST)

Does the ring itself need its own page? Its too small to be considered a location. I would simply make a page for the installation it was located at and then described the existence of prototypes on the page for the Halo Array. -Japeth555

Well that's what I was going to do I guess. I guess I considered the installation to basically be a part of the weapon. Though now that I think about it, it was my understanding that the installation was just a place to test the weapon (you'd think they would do it beyond the galactic border in case something yet horribly wrong). But we'd still need a decent name for the installation itself. Maybe ask Grim or Staten? --NightHammer(talk)(contribs) 17:15, 9 December 2015 (EST)
Y'know, if we don't say anything and give a really fake and obscure source then I bet we can give this Halo ring a fan name. I'd call it... Mini-Me. Helianthus All right. Shoot!

"Prototype Halo" would be fine by me, with the "prototype" part not capitalized in running text. "Halo Array" refers to the whole network of Halos so it's not quite fitting. Shadow of Intent actually refers to it as a prototype Halo once, so there's that. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 00:04, 10 December 2015 (EST)

I'll get working on this page soon. So I'll make a article entitled Mini-Me "Prototype Halo" for the Halo itself, but should I include content relating to its installation as well or should a separate article be made for the installation. I'm thinking of the former to prevent a bunch of unofficially named articles. --NightHammer(talk)(contribs) 19:27, 18 December 2015 (EST)
